Welcome,
Sawubonasana is a space where you can be yourself, recognized and loved just the way you are.
Sawubona means "I see you and by seeing you I bring you into being", Asana means posture, way of living.
In this space you can re-program yourself with codes of compassion and kindness. In doing so you will heal your wounds and come closer to your true nature: Love.
My name is Emilie and I am your compassion coach!
By working together I will help you discover what limiting thoughts are preventing you from accessing the source of compassion within your heart.
I will help you build a healthier relationship towards yourself based on:
- Kindness - Do not let set backs set you back! Be gentle with yourself and build a habit of seeing the positive in your life
- Compassion - Learn to love the darkest parts of yourself. The qualities that are frowned upon in this world (i.e., selfishness, leadership, assertiveness, etc)
- Support - Learn to ask for help when you need it. Vulnerability is an opportunity for us to exercise courage.
Let me enlighten the darkest parts of you life to allow you to keep building yourself with confidence and help you walk towards your dreams.
